Scambler TOWNSHIP NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL Ditch Mowing

Scambler Township is issuing a Request for Proposal for two (2) years of mowing ditches on 42 miles of road in Scambler Township starting May1, 2025 ending April 30, 2027 with three (3) mowings per season. All proposals must include the rate per mile both ways and a list of equipment to be used (must be a disk or flail mower). Any fuel clause included must be based on $3.70 per gallon fuel. To obtain a copy of the proposal form, you can go online at the Scambler Township website (scamblertownship.org) or call the clerk,  at 218-863-1339.
Written proposals may either be mailed to Scambler Township Clerk, PO Box 859, Pelican Rapids, MN 56572, or brought to the Scambler Township Board Meeting by 6:30 p.m. on February 17, 2025, when all proposals will be opened.
