Scambler TOWNSHIP NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL Snow Plowing
February 13, 2025
Scambler Township is issuing a Request for Proposals for two winters of snowplowing and winter maintenance of 42 miles of gravel and asphalt roads in Scambler Township from October, 2025 – April, 2027. All proposals must include:
1. A list of equipment, which must include a pick-up sander, with hourly rates for each piece of equipment.
2. A fuel clause based on $3.70 per gallon fuel.
3. Contingency is made for other work, i.e. sanding, brushing ditches, etc. in the event there is no need to plow snow.
The Snow Plowing Proposal form may be found on the Scambler Township website.
All proposals must be in writing and may either be mailed to Scambler Township Clerk, PO Box 859, Pelican Rapids, MN 56572, or brought to the Scambler Township Board Meeting by 6:30 p.m. on February 17, 2025 when all proposals will be opened.
