Scambler TOWNSHIP NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL Road Gradin

Scambler Township is issuing a Request for Proposals for two years of grading and maintaining 42 miles of gravel roads in Scambler Township starting May 1st 2025 – April 30th 2027. All proposals must include a list of equipment to be used, and a fuel clause based on $3.70 per gallon of fuel.
To obtain a copy of the proposal form, you can go online at the Scambler Township website (scamblertownship.org) or call the Township Clerk at 218-863-1339.
All written proposals may either be mailed to the Clerk at Scambler Township, PO Box 859, Pelican Rapids, MN 56572, or brought to the Scambler Township Board Meeting by 6:30 p.m. on February 17, 2025 when all proposals will be opened.
