      A couple cool cops delivered the word to Pelican Rapids sixth graders last week–in urban, rapper style rhyme. “Be nice” was the overarching message from Fargo city policemen Mike Bloom and Matt Niemeyer.     Do you remember when? The renovation of the former “Gambles” department store building on the northeast end of the Pelican Rapids downtown business district prompted a look for photos of the intersection from historic files. All photos are from approximately the same vantage point, looking south from the Highway 59-108 West intersection.
