    Visitor restrictions continue at the Pelican Valley Senior Living center in Pelican Rapids.  Screening of staff, daily as they enter the building, has also been instituted at the care facility—which has about 71 residents and patients.  Employees are screened  by checking for fevers, and also for respiratory symptoms.
