DETROIT LAKES, Minn. - Elvin "Budd" Andrews, 102, Pelican Rapids, Minn., died Wednesday, Oct. 18, in transit to Essentia Health St. Mary's.

Visitation will be from 1-2 p.m.. followed by a memorial service at 2 p.m., Friday, Dec. 22, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Pelican Rapids. Pastor Ed Anderson will officiate.
