Earning the honor of top teamster in the Pelican Rapids Lighted Horse Parade, Matt Johnson was presented with a limited edition 25th anniversary commemorative horse parade print. Johnson is pictured with his children Theo and Ellie. At left, horse parade chairperson Audrey Wifall and right, staging crew volunteer Cindy Hensch.
