Otter Tail County approves $2.7 million road repair plan

Otter Tail County, which is larger than the state of Rhode Island, maintains 1,062 miles of paved roads. To keep up with infrastructure needs, the Board of Commissioners recently approved several million dollars in roadway maintenance contracts and authorized the continuation of a half-cent sales tax to help fund transportation projects through 2031.
