Chris Schuelke, center, accepts a plaque honoring his 37 years of service as executive director of the Otter Tail County Historical Society. County commissioners Wayne Johnson of Pelican Rapids, Sean Sullivan of Fergus Falls, Bob Lahman of Parkers Prairie, and Dan Bucholz of Perham presented the award on March 24.
