PUBLIC NOTICE: State of Minnesota Otter Tail County

The Otter Tail County District Court has announced the informal probate of the will for Delores Marie Oleson, also known as Delores M. Oleson. The court has granted an application for informal probate of the decedent’s will dated September 8, 2022.

Julie K. Gustafson, of 7640 Carla Path, Inver Grove Heights, MN 55076, has been appointed as the personal representative of the estate. Any heir, devisee, or interested person may have the right to seek appointment as personal representative or object to the appointment. Unless objections are filed according to Minnesota law and the court orders otherwise, the personal representative will have full authority to manage the estate. This includes selling, encumbering, leasing, or distributing real estate after 30 days from the issuance of letters.

Creditors with claims against the estate must present their claims to the personal representative or the court administrator within four months of this notice. Claims not submitted within this period will be barred.
