State of Minnesota County of Otter Tail

Pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statute 394.26 NOTICE is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Otter Tail County Board of Adjustment in the Commissioners’ Room of the Otter Tail County Government Services Center, Fergus Falls, MN or virtually (please refer to the Otter Tail County website for the link for the meeting) at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday September 11, 2025, for considering applications for variance for the following:

• Paul & Carol Quinnild, .60 Acres, Pt of GL 3 Com S1/4 Cor, Section 26 of Dunn Township by Franklin Lake (56-759) requests a variance from the lotline setback requirements of the Sanitation Code of Otter Tail County. 

• Debera Frey, Lot 3 of Oak Haven Beach 3rd Addn, Section 22 of Scambler Township by Tamarac Lake (56-931), requests a variance from the ordinary high water level setback requirements of the Sanitation Code of Otter Tail County. 

• Mark & Anita Anderson, Pt GL’s 4 & 5 Com SW Cor GL 5, Section 27 of Lida Township, Lida Lake (56-747) requests a variance from the ordinary high-water level setback requirement of the Shoreland Management Ordinance.

• Matthew & Julie Entzion, Lot 4 Ex Tr, Parcel #631 & #1174-001 Not to be Split, Section 2 of Lida Township by Crystal Lake (56-749) requests a variance from the lotline setback requirement of the Shoreland Management Ordinance.

• Douglas & Alyson Olson, North 70 Feet of GL 3 Lying E of Twp. Rd., Section 10 of Dunn Township by Pelican Lake (56-786) requests a variance from the lotline, ordinary high-water level setback and impervious surface requirements of the Shoreland Management Ordinance.
