Pursuant Pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statute 394.26 NOTICE is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Otter Tail County Board of Adjustment in the Commissioners’ Room of the Otter Tail County Government Services Center, Fergus Falls, MN or virtually (please refer to the Otter Tail County website for the link for the meeting) at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday August 14, 2025, for considering applications for variance for the following:
1. David Hendrickson Tst, Lot 43 and Pt Lot 44 of Provan Beach, Section 9 of Dunn Township by Pelican Lake (56-786) request a variance from the lot line and impervious surface requirements of the Shoreland Management Ordinance and a variance to the drainfield of the Sanitation Code of Otter Tail County.
2. J Strinden Family LLC, Lot 1 of Viken Bay Beach, Section 10 of Dunn Township by Pelican Lake (56-786) requests a variance from the dock placement requirement of the Dock & Riparian Use Ordinance.
3. Gene & Linda Zsedeny, Lot 11 of Wildlife Lane, Section 27 of Norwegian Grove Township by Jacobs Lake (56-1039) requests a variance from the ordinary high-water level setback requirements of the Shoreland Management Ordinance.
4. Lee & Joelle Hofer, Lot 4 Blk 5 of King’s Addn to Clear View, Section 1 of Scambler Township by Pelican Lake (56-786) requests a variance from the impervious surface and lotline setback requirements of the Shoreland Management Ordinance.
5. Paul & Carol Quinnild, .60 Acres, Pt of GL 3 Com S1/4 Cor, Section 26 of Dunn Township by Franklin Lake (56-759) requests a variance from the lotline setback requirements of the Sanitation Code of Otter Tail County.
