Pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes 394.26 Notice is hereby given that a hearing of the Otter Tail County Planning Commission will be held in the Commissioner's Room at the Government Services Center, Fergus Falls, Minnesota on May 14, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. for the purpose of considering the following:
1. Bassett Properties LLC requests a Conditional Use Permit for shoreland alterations; Located at 20231 Pelican Dr. S. in Section 11 of Scambler Twp., Pelican Lake (56-786), GD.
2. Century Holdings, LLC requests a Conditional Use to Amend CUP #2023-001 and a non-dwelling planned unit development; Located at 24247 Bass Harbor Trl. In Section 9 of Lida Twp., Lida Lake (56-747), GD.
3. Robert & Kimberly Jacobson requests Conditional Use for a PUD Conversion; Located at 41424 Dawn Trl. in Section 29 of Lida Twp., Lida Lake (56-747), GD.
4. Bruce Qvammen, proposed buyer, Jon Martin, property owner request Conditional Use for Shoreland Alterations, Residential PUD & Non-Residential PUD; Located 20997 Co Hwy 20 in Section 1 of Scambler Twp., Pelican Lake (56-786), GD.
