FARGO, N.D. - Cynthia Nelson, 66, Pelican Rapids, Minn., died Wednesday, Jan. 8, in Essentia Health.
Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m., followed by a memorial service at 11 a.m., Friday, Jan. 17, at Rollag (Minn.) Lutheran Church. Inurnment will be in the church cemetery.
