Rise in costs prompts increase to Lake Region bills to customers

District meetings were held at three locations in the Lake Region Electric Cooperative service territory last week. Tim Thompson, chief executive officer, is pictured here at the Jan. 10 session at Lake Region’s Pelican Rapids headquarters. Thompson recently announced he would be leaving Lake Region, as he has accepted a chief executive position with Brainerd-area-based Crow Wing Power.
