CITY OF PELICAN RAPIDS, MINNESOTA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING PROPOSED PROPERTY TAX ABATEMENTS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Pelican Rapids, Minnesota (the "City"), will hold a public hearing at a meeting of the City Council beginning at 4:30 p.m., on January 28, 2025, at Council Chambers, City Hall, 315 N Broadway, Pelican Rapids, Minnesota, to grant an abatement of property taxes to be levied by the City on Parcel ID No. 76000990874001, in the City of Pelican Rapids (the "Property"). The total amount of the taxes proposed to be abated by the City on the Property for a period not to exceed 5 years is $5,000.
All interested persons may appear at the public hearing and present their views orally or in writing. Anyone needing reasonable accommodations or an interpreter should contact the City Clerk's office at City Hall, telephone 218-863-7076.
