New electronic ‘poll pad’ asked Otter Tail County voters to sign in at precincts

Traffic was steady at the Pelican Township voting precinct on Nov. 5, which is located at the Pelican Rapids Public Library. Five votes were cast within the first couple minutes, according to Pelican Township election officers—two were waiting at the door when the precinct opened at 7 a.m.
