The Easterly boundary of the Parcel above described is benefited by and subject to a 66-foot-wide appurtenant easement for roadway purposes that is intended to be coincidental with the northwesterly line of said easement.

Together with an appurtenant easement for roadway purposes, over, under and across that part of Government Lots 6 and 7, Section 3, Township 132, Range 39, Otter Tail County, Minnesota, as more specifically described in the Application filed with the Court on May 3, 2022.
