Otter Express transportation coming to Pelican area

According to their website, Otter Express drivers may assist a passenger from their door to the bus and help a passenger to the destination door. If assistance is needed, the passenger should request that service when scheduling their ride. The driver is never allowed to cross over the door threshold of a residence or the door at the destination.
