State of Minnesota County of Otter Tail

Pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statute 394.26 NOTICE is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Otter Tail County Board of Adjustment in the Commissioners’ Room of the Otter Tail County Government Services Center, Fergus Falls, MN or virtually (please refer to the Otter Tail County website for the link for the meeting) at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 8, 2024, for considering applications for variance for the following:

1. Lloyd & Betty Larson, Lot 8 of Anderson Beach Addn., Section 11 of Scambler Township by Pelican Lake (56-786), request a variance from the road right of way, top of bluff and septic tank requirements of the Shoreland Management Ordinance and request a variance from the lotline setback, road right of way setback, dwelling setback and bluff setback of the Sanitation Code of Otter Tail County.

2. Brent & Jodi Wical, Tr called Sub Lot F of Lot 6 & Pt of GL 6, Section 2 of Scambler Township by Pelican Lake (56-786), request a variance from the road right of way setback and impervious surface requirements of the Shoreland Management Ordinance.
