    Federal agents conducted a search of Pelican Rapids offices on Nov. 19. The entry at the Dool transportation and tax preparation office was an extension of the continuing investigation into the continuing pandemic-era fraudulent food distribution scandal, according to agents from the Internal Revenue Service, who spoke to the Pelican Rapids Press.
