Sheriff deputies reported that a garage was destroyed east of Henning on Jan. 13. Fire departments from Henning and Deer Creek were called to the scene, close to Highway 210, at 7:33 p.m.

The detached garage was in flames when firefighters arrived. Multiple vehicles inside the garage were destroyed. Fortunately, no person was inside.

There were no suspicious circumstances and a fire investigation was still ongoing later in the day.
