Minnesota Junior High School Mathematics League held its second meet of the season recently. 

In individual results for the West Central region show seventh grader Willem Pesch tied for sixth place with a score of 20, and Ellie Welch tied for 18th place.  Just one question behind her were Charlie Larson, Austin Kleinschmidt, and Brody Syverson. They were followed closely by Claire Schleske, Jaxon Dalman, and Adrayella Curry. Right behind them were Anna Roisum, Abdul Ahmed, Ahmed Ali, Hannah Arntson, and Sadie Funk.

In team competition, the Pelican Rapids Vikings team earned sixth place. Team members were Pesch, Larson, Kleinschmidt, Syverson, Roisum, and Schleske, all seventh graders.

Cumulative results for the West Central region after two meets show the Pelican Rapids Vikings team in sixth place. 

Out of over 100 individuals, Pesch is in ninth place, while Larson and Kleinschmidt are tied for 25th place. Welch, Syverson, Schleske, and Roisum are also listed among the top competitors.
