The Pelican Rapids Volunteer Bicycle Repair crew has extended their community service. The volunteers, who have been operating a “pop-up” bicycle repair operation behind Strand’s Hardware, are continuing the free repair service through June.   The sessions are each Monday, 9-noon, through June 24.  

In the process of repairing bicycles, the guys have also been donated a number of bikes which can be purchased for as little as $5 to $10. Stop by the outdoor repair shop, to look at the bikes. The bikes are also available to those who would like to volunteer repair services at the site. 

This is both a volunteer effort and a ministry started by Jeff McCracken, Van Holmgren, Glenn Moerke and Jim Jordan.
