Pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statute 394.26 NOTICE is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Otter Tail County Board of Adjustment in the Commissioners’ Room of the Otter Tail County Government Services Center, Fergus Falls, MN at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, November 9, 2017 for the purpose of considering applications for variance for the following:
6:30 p.m. – Thursday, November 9, 2017 Meeting
• Bradley W. Quist, Lot 7 Block 5 Amended Plat of Subdivision of Reserve A, B, C and D of Haggstrom’s Beach and Lot 28 of Haggstrom’s Beach Third Addition, Pickerel Lake in Maine Township, request variance from the allowable impervious surface coverage and from the ordinary high-water level setback requirement of the Shoreland Management Ordinance.
• Jason Michael Goff, Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter and part Government Lot 6, Section 11 of Friberg Township by High Island Lake, request a variance from the ordinary high-water level and maximum height requirements of the Shoreland Management Ordinance.
• Michelle and Timothy Richard, Lot 2 Northland Beach First Addition, Pelican Lake in Dunn Township, request a variance from the side lot line setback and impervious surface requirements of the Shoreland Management Ordinance.
• Brenton and Jennifer Larson, Lot 1 Oak Haven Beach Third Addition, Tamarack Lake in Scambler Township, request a variance from the ordinary high-water level and road right-of-way setback requirements of the Shoreland Management Ordinance.
• Mathew and Christine Myrvold, part of Lot 1 and 2 Cha Rosa Beach, Lot 2 Block 2 Cha Rosa Beach First Addition, and part of Government Lot 2, Section 12 of Scambler Township by Pelican Lake, request a variance from the maximum height requirement for a non-dwelling and a variance to exceed the allowable impervious surface coverage.
• Patrick Peck, Northeast Quarter of Section 32 of Scambler Township, request a variance from wetland setback requirement of the Wind Energy Conversion System Ordinance.
• Katherine Ann LeDoux, West Half of Lot 14 and all of Lots 15 and 16 Kabicono Beach, Pelican Lake in Scambler Township, request a variance from the lot line setback requirement of the Shoreland Management Ordinance.
